Contact support

For anything that needs a person: account problems, payments, reports about another user, or a request about your data.

Some things are faster in the app

If your issue is with a person you were matched with, the fastest route is not this page:

  • Someone is behaving badly right now — skip, block and report from inside the conversation. That carries the context with it, which is what makes a report actionable. See the safety centre.
  • You want to know what the rules are — the Community Guidelines say what is not allowed and what happens.
  • You want to know what we hold about you — the Privacy Policy covers it; requests come through here.

Reaching us

Our public support address is being set up for this domain. Until it is live, report problems with another user from inside the conversation — the report reaches the same review team, and it arrives with the context attached.

What to include

Most support round trips are caused by a missing detail. Including these up front usually saves a day:

  • The email address or display name on the account
  • Which page or feature the problem happened on
  • Roughly when it happened, and your time zone
  • What you expected, and what actually happened
  • A screenshot or screen recording if there is anything to see
  • For a payment issue: the order reference, amount and payment method

Never send a password, a verification code, or a full card number — not to us and not to anyone claiming to be us. No legitimate support request needs any of the three.

What to expect

Requests are handled in the order they arrive, with safety reports and account access problems taken first. Some cases — a payment dispute, a review of a restriction, a data request that has to be verified — take longer because they involve checks we are not willing to skip.

We will not always agree with you. When a review upholds a restriction we will say so plainly rather than leave you waiting for a reply that is not coming.

Impersonation

Nobody from Unimegle will ever ask you for your password, a verification code, remote access to your device, or a payment sent outside the platform. Anyone who does is not us — block and report them, and if you have already sent money, contact your bank or payment provider straight away.
