Terms of Service

This is the agreement between you and Unimegle. Using the service means it applies to you, so it is written to be read rather than skipped.

Last updated: 12 August 2026

1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover unimegle.com and everything reachable from it: the random video chat, messaging, matching, profiles, purchases and support. By using any of it you accept these terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines, which form part of this agreement.

If you do not accept them, stop using the service.

2. Who may use Unimegle

You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the law that applies to you sets a higher minimum age, and you must be legally permitted to use a service of this kind where you live.

You may not use Unimegle if we have previously removed your access. Creating a new account to get around a removal is itself a breach of these terms.

3. Your account

You can start a video chat without an account. If you do create one, the information you give must be accurate, and keeping the credentials secure is your responsibility — activity carried out through your account is treated as yours.

Do not sell, rent, share or transfer an account. Tell us promptly through support if you believe someone else has reached it.

4. What the service is

Unimegle connects you with other people for real-time video conversations, with messaging, matching preferences and profile features around that. Features change over time: things are added, altered and withdrawn, and we do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Interruptions, maintenance and faults happen, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

5. What you agree not to do

The full rules are in the Community Guidelines and are part of this agreement. In summary, you agree not to:

  • Show indecent exposure or explicit content, violence, or content involving a minor
  • Harass, threaten, stalk or intimidate anyone, or incite others to
  • Post another person's private information, or record someone to expose or blackmail them
  • Defraud anyone, solicit money, or promote other services
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • Use bots, scrapers or automation, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass security or access controls
  • Use the service for anything unlawful where you are

6. Content you provide

You keep ownership of what you create. To operate the service we need permission to use it: by posting or transmitting content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, transmit and display that content for the purpose of running, securing and improving Unimegle. That licence ends when the content is deleted, except where copies are retained for the legal and safety reasons set out in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having the right to post what you post. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the guidelines.

7. Purchases

Some features are paid — credits, memberships and similar. Prices are shown before you confirm, and payment is handled by a third-party processor under its own terms.

  • Digital items are delivered to your account immediately and are consumed on use.
  • Credits and benefits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged outside the service, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • Except where the law where you live gives you a refund right, purchases are final once delivered.
  • If an account is removed for breaking these terms or the guidelines, unused balances and benefits are forfeited.
  • A recurring subscription continues until cancelled, and cancelling stops future renewals rather than refunding the current period.

If a payment fails, is duplicated, or an item is not delivered, contact support with the order details.

8. Third parties

The service relies on other companies — payment processing, hosting, sign-in providers, analytics — and may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their practices, and their terms apply to your use of them.

9. Our intellectual property

The Unimegle name, logo, interface, design and software are ours or our licensors'. These terms do not give you the right to copy, modify, redistribute or create derivative works from them, or to use the name or logo in a way that suggests a connection that does not exist.

10. Suspension and removal

We may restrict, suspend or permanently remove access where these terms or the guidelines are broken, where activity presents a risk to other people, or where we are required to by law. Serious cases — fraud, threats, anything involving a minor — are removed immediately and without notice.

You can close your account at any time. If you believe a restriction was applied in error, write to support and it will be reviewed again.

11. Disclaimers and limits

Other users are strangers. We do not verify identity, age beyond the requirement above, or anything anyone tells you about themselves. You are responsible for your own judgement in a conversation, and the safety centre is worth reading before you need it.

To the extent the law where you live allows, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for the conduct of other users, or for content you encounter. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — and in some places that includes rights you keep regardless of what this section says.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms will be updated as the service changes. The date at the top of the page reflects the current version, and material changes will be signalled in the product. Continuing to use Unimegle after an update means the updated terms apply to you.
